Mr. Sunil Kumar heads the Dept. Of English, MVHSS Thundathil. The teacher possesses more than two decades of teaching experience in this institution. More than being a teacher who is dedicated to his work in curricular, co- curricular and extra curricular activities of the school, he has authored numerous guides related to Higher Secondary English textbooks and English composition.

He recently translated the noted Indo-Anglian writer R K Narayan ‘s autobiography "MY DAYS" to Malayalam thereby adding another new feather to his cap. The book deals with Narayan's school, college days and his search for an attractive job. The work flashes on the importance of dedication and hard work in our lives.It is appreciable that the book gained wide recognition in the reader circles, thanks to the dedicated effort of Mr. Kumar.

Mr. O S Priyadarsanan published two books on Business Studies for Higher Secondary Course. Both of them are considered very simple, thus easy to understand the syllabus of HS Commerce stream

His major enthusiastic area is art and literature. Mr. Priyadarsasan is currently an executive member of 'DRISYAVEDI' an age old art organization of Kerala which is the leading promoter of Kathakali,Koothu and such classical art forms. He is also the founder member of 'NAVABHAVA' another organization meant for promoting classical theatre of Kerala.

He has received numerous appreciations from various areas of such classical art forms, literature etc for his valuable contributions. He holds the prestige of conducting several interviews with leading artists, performers etc and published articles, stories, study materials regarding theatre literature.

Lt. Dr. Santhosh Kumar A R is the Senior Division NCC Officer of MVHSS Thundathil. He had successfully completed the NCC Senior Wing [ARMY] training from the Officers Training Academy [OTA], Nagpur under the Central Ministry of Defence, with a Lieutenant rank.

Lt. Dr. Santhosh Kumar A R is an active participant also in the socio-cultural activities related to the institution, his leadership quality being highly commendable.

Dr. Santhosh Kumar A R is currently a faculty with the Dept.Of Hindi MVHSS Thundathil. He owns twenty years of service as a teacher. It was in the year 2018 that he received the doctorate from the University Wing of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras, the research topic being “Study Based on Dr. Bala Shoury Reddy’s Novels”. Dr. Reddy is in fact a household name in the realm of Hindi fiction. It was under the guidance of Former Head of the Dept. Of Hindi,[MG College,Thiruvananthapuram] Dr. [Prof.] J Ramachandran Nair , that Dr. Santhosh Kumar A R undertook the meticulous completion of his research.
