Madhava Vilasom Higher Secondary School(MVHSS, Thundathil) was established in the year 1950 by the late Varthoor A. Madhavan Pillai as an aided School recognized by Govt. of Kerala situated at Thundathil, via Kariyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram. The School is provided with the best infrastructure and assisted by committed faculty. We offer ideal atmosphere for the holistic development of about 1250 students of 5th std to Plus Two classes. In Higher Secondary we have Science, Commerce and Humanities batches facilitated with well equipped labs and library. The chief mission of the institution is to develop and empower our students to be confident, respectful to others, responsible and to be valuable for the society and to treat the nation with empathy.

In the past seventy years of history, our school has framed a large number of students who has served our nation in various prestigious disciplines.
